Through Psychological Resilience & Authentic Self-Expression
ICBM workshops are dedicated to the holistic mental health and personal growth of Black men ages 18-60+. We create a culturally affirming space where participants can explore emotional intelligence, psychological resilience, and authentic self-expression while honoring their lived experiences and heritage.
The ICBM Workshops are more than a collection of sessions—they are a journey. Beginning with JumpStart: Why Build Now, participants are invited to reflect deeply on the historical and cultural forces that have shaped their lives and begin reengineering their mindset with clarity and intention.
From there, FastBreak: Move Toward Growth dives deeper, unpacking how attachment, environment, and developmental experiences have shaped our patterns of survival—and how healing becomes possible when we name what shaped us.
Finally, EndZone: Advancing the Goal is where vision becomes motion. In this capstone experience, participants build on the foundation of the earlier sessions, harnessing their emotional clarity, creativity, and personal strengths to define legacy, lead with purpose, and craft what has yet to exist.
Rooted in the Culturally Principled Framework of Masculinity (CPFM), this experience reminds us that this is more than just healing. This is reengineering. This is how we build what we’ve never seen—but always needed.
Those who complete all three sessions are welcomed into the ICBM Breakthrough Program—our advanced “inner circle” of builders, leaders, and visionaries. Members receive an exclusive ICBM lapel pin, limited-edition tee shirt, and ongoing access to special events, curated resources, and peer-driven accountability spaces that continue the work long after the workshops end.

This workshop is for Black men who seek:
Each session can stand on its own, but we strongly recommend attending in sequence. The series is designed to build layer by layer for deeper insight, clarity, and growth. We recommend starting with Jumpstart since it lays the foundation for the series. From there, Fastbreak and Endzone dive deeper into core themes for greater impact.
These sessions are centered on the experiences of Black men, but women are welcome and encouraged to attend. Their participation offers valuable perspective and fosters a deeper understanding of the obstacles men face in the broader society. Men are defined by the communities that nurture and embrace them.

No. These sessions are workshops, not therapy. They are educational and transformative experiences that provide tools, insights, and guided reflection—not clinical counseling or mental health treatment.
