EndZone: Advancing The Goal

Our final 90-minute session designed to turn reflection into momentum and purpose into power.

ICBM Endzone is the culminating stage of the core ICBM Workshop Series—an intensive two-part experience that challenges Black men and their allies to move with clarity, lead with presence, and build lives defined by wholeness, creativity, and legacy.

While Jumpstart lays the foundation and Fastbreak unearths our personal and collective roots, Endzone is where we shift into motion. This phase focuses on strengthening the internal compass that guides us through adversity, uncertainty, and transition.

ICBM-Endzone

Over the course of this 90-minute session, participants explore three core areas:

Internal-FocusInternal Focus

In this session, we unpack how mindset, coping strategies, and emotional literacy give Black men tools to lead with clarity, presence, and grounded decision-making in every area of life. Emotional intelligence is not weakness—it’s power with direction, so honing it, along with self-awareness, and mental discipline become leadership tools.

Expansiveness

Healing isn’t just about fixing pain—it’s about unlocking possibility and joy as vital expressions of Black manhood. In this section we explore how joy, creativity, vision, rest, and imagination become forms of resistance and renewal. We ask: Where are you playing small—and what would it mean to take up more space?

Strengths

True strength is more than protection—it’s presence, purpose, and relationship. Recognizing how our lived experiences, values, and relationships become the foundation for legacy, leadership, and communal change. In this final section, we focus on legacy, leadership, and community. You’ll leave with a clearer vision of the kind of man you want to be and the tools to embody it now.

Using guided prompts, live polling, small group conversations, and cultural principles of CPFM, participants will craft strategies for enduring growth, relational integrity, and self-affirming leadership.

We’re just here to make you stronger, supporting you as you build your legacy.
This is the moment to move beyond reaction and into purpose—to cross the goal line of your own becoming, and to bring others with you.

This is where internal power becomes communal momentum. This is how we build what has yet to exist.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is the session held?

Endzone is held on the third Wednesday of each month and runs for 90 minutes.

Who can attend these sessions?

These sessions are centered on the experiences of Black men, but women are welcome and encouraged to attend. Their participation offers valuable perspective and fosters a deeper understanding of the obstacles men face in the broader society. Men are defined by the communities that nurture and embrace them.

Can I attend more than once?

Yes! Many participants choose to revisit sessions to deepen their learning and strengthen their growth over time.

What will I take away from this experience?

You’ll leave with more than just concepts. Expect a clearer sense of self, renewed energy, and practical tools to move through life with purpose and intention. Most importantly, you’ll connect with a community of brothers committed to creating what doesn’t yet exist.

Are these sessions in person or online?

All sessions are held online via Zoom, making them easy to join from anywhere. Links and access details are sent after registration.

Do I need any prior preparation or materials?

No special preparation is needed. We recommend having a notebook or journal ready for reflections and any prompts shared during the sessions.

Are these sessions interactive or lecture style?

They are highly interactive. Each session includes teaching moments, live polls, breakout conversations, and reflection prompts to keep participants actively engaged.

Can I register for more than one session at a time?

Yes! You can register for Jumpstart, Fastbreak, and Endzone individually or secure your spot for all three at once.

What if I can’t attend live—will recordings be available?

No recordings are available. Each session is designed to be experienced live to maintain confidentiality, engagement, and the integrity of group interaction.

Is there a cost to attend?

Each session has its own registration fee listed on the Eventbrite page. Discounts may be available when registering for all three sessions.

What kind of support is available between sessions?

Participants receive follow‑up materials, reflection prompts, and optional resources to continue their growth between sessions.

Is this group therapy?

No. These sessions are workshops, not therapy. They are educational and transformative experiences that provide tools, insights, and guided reflection—not clinical counseling or mental health treatment.

Will my image or likeness be used in ICBM materials?

We may capture screenshots or short video clips during sessions for use in future ICBM promotional materials—such as our website, brochures, or social media. A release form will be provided for you to review and sign before any likeness is used. If you prefer not to be included, you can opt out on the form and your image will not be used.

“To accept one’s past — one’s history — is not the same thing as drowning in it; it is learning how to use it. An invented past can never be used; it cracks and crumbles under the pressure of life like clay in a season of drought.”
