The ICBM Workshop is an immersive, discussion-based experience designed for Black men and men of color to explore identity, mental well-being, community-building, and personal development through a culturally principled lens. The program incorporates guided reflection, interpersonal dialogue, educational content, and interactive group exercises. This event is not therapy or clinical treatment. It is a space for intentional learning, self-inquiry, and shared exploration of concepts related to masculinity, resilience, healing, and leadership.
