An in-person forum to explore the challenges of Black Men, their mental health, evolution, changing roles, and the ICBM Workshop Series.
Event lasts 3 hours
men and women ages 18-60+
Join therapist Fredrick Bush for a dynamic online introduction to the ICBM Workshop Series—an empowering experience focused on the emotional well-being of Black men and the communities they both sustain and draw strength from.
This event creates a safe and inclusive space for both men and women to engage in honest conversations about the unique mental health challenges Black men and men of color face, including emotional expression, trauma, relationships, and societal expectations.
You’ll be introduced to the Culturally Principled Framework of Masculinity (CPFM) — a model designed to foster healing, clarity, and transformation through culturally informed, evidence-based strategies.
Together, we’ll explore critical topics such as emotional intelligence, the complexities of masculinity, and the role of unaddressed anger. Participants will reflect on how strength, vulnerability, and self-awareness can lead to healthier relationships, deeper self-understanding, and stronger family legacies.
Whether you are a Black man seeking support or someone who walks beside one, this conversation is for you.
Let’s challenge the stigma, reframe the narrative, and commit to collective mental wellness our communities.
